Returning to the essence of Our Lady's messages, as well as prayer she asks us to change, to accept and confess our faults, and by the church there are a number of confessionals. These are at the back of the picture, and throughout the day there are many priests busy hearing confessions in many languages. These benches are facing the church, and are used by many people to listen and join in the services inside the church when there is no room.
